Nala’s World is about a man Dean, who plans to cycle all around the world, aiming to find himself and discover what he wants to do with his life. He sets off with a friend but after a falling out, he carries on and thinks everything will be better and easier alone…..
Well you guessed it, he finds an abandoned kitten and all his plans go out the window……
Meanwhile his ordinary Instagram posts suddenly start getting more likes and followers because the kitten, Nala is featured on it. This leads to a YouTube channel with millions of worldwide subscribers.
In this book, Dean tells us all about his wonderful relationship with Nala and after rescuing her, the incredible journey they take together. This book is both heartwarming and sometimes sad with the people they meet and animals they help. It is also fascinating how the power of YouTube and Instagram can influence someone’s story and enable them to help others.
I especially loved reading about both Dean and Nala’s love for each other, they really are a perfect couple……..and I’m not sure who rescued who?
Unfortunately Covid 19 has halted their travels for the moment but I look forward to seeing more adventures soon.
